Mevada Enterprise – Automatic Packing Machine

This machine is specially designed for packing products from 500 grams up to 5 kilograms. It works on a weight filling system, which means the machine fills the exact quantity based on the product’s weight. The speed of packing depends on the weight of the product.

The machine uses center sealing and can handle film sizes up to 280 mm. It is highly accurate with a filling precision of about ±0.1%, depending on the type of product.

It comes with a PLC-based (Delta) control system and a 7-inch display screen, making it very easy to operate. The machine runs on single-phase power and uses powerful heaters (2x200W – 2x200W) for sealing.

Made from high-quality stainless steel (SS 304), the machine is strong, durable, and suitable for food and other industries. Its size is about 800 mm (L) x 800 mm (W) x 2000 mm (H), and it weighs around 400 kg.
